- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I want to let you know that it appears it is policy for State Farm insurance Agency to drop a Homeowners insurance customer because they are hit by a motorist that was insured through State Farm. I have had State Farm insurance for Auto (which was dropped 4 years ago byt SF) Renters, which turned to my Homeowners policy, for 15+ years. I have paid thousands of dollars in premiums on these policies. Last year I was hit, head-on, by a State Farm insured driver. After over a year of painful, time consuming, PT and doctors visits, I settled in July of 2010. During the process I recieved a letter from State Farm informing me that I had been dropped from my homeowners policy!!!! Coincidence, I think not. They state it was over 2 homeowners claims that were 4 years apart, 7 years into my policy. Now I know you are all thinking I must be trying to get more than I deserve from them....and I know a whopping $6,355.00 for a roof that was leaking. Now $6,300 may seem like a lot. However, I was informed they amount was to cover only REPAIRS of the poriton that was leaking! YAY State Farm you guys are the best. But wait, it could not be due to a claim being settled with the same State Farm company in the same month over an entirely separate auto accident.....hmmmm lets see...they told me it would never affect my current policy...and State Farm beign a large reputable insurance company would never try to screw anyone?????Right???? No never they are in it for us the client! To protect us!?Right? It is laughable. That this is the way an insurance company would operate in this day and age with the AIG's and I'm sure many others companies out there that are causing the collapse of the global economy. Nice work State Farm! You guys are the best. Thank Kurt Neibauer Agency in Fraser Colorado for representing me! I will happily take my business to another company!November 16, 2017by A Google User
